“We have only ever specialised in lunch and dinner, as this is where traditional mangal food has its roots. However, with the recent rejuvenation of Westbourne Grove, the need to diversify and push the boundaries further was essential. Turkey has an exciting take on breakfast and brunch which we thought we would bring to the Notting Hill neighbourhood. In order to do so, we needed an injection of working capital to hire extra staff and buy new equipment and produce.
